Booking & Sessions

  • Booking a session with DS Media is simple! Start by selecting your type of session and specific package out the contact form on my website with a few details about your vision, the type of session you're looking for, and your preferred date. I'll be in touch to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and help you choose the right package.

    Once we've finalized the details, I'll guide you through the booking process so we can get your session on the calendar!

  • I recommend booking your session at least 1–2 weeks in advance to allow enough time to plan and coordinate the details. For branding sessions, larger projects, or specific dates, booking further ahead is always a good idea. However, if you have a last-minute request, feel free to reach out! I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule based on availability.

  • DS Media offers on-location photography sessions throughout Panama City and Panama City Beach, Florida. Depending on the type of session and your vision, we can shoot at an outdoor location, your place of business, or another location that fits your needs. If you have a specific spot in mind, let me know! I'm always happy to work with you to find the perfect setting for your session.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to bring a friend or family member for support during your session. To help keep the session comfortable, organized, and focused, please limit your group to 2–4 guests unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. If you'd like to bring additional guests, just discuss it with me beforehand so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Preparing for the shoot

  • What you wear depends on the type of session and the look you're going for! I recommend choosing outfits that make you feel confident and complement the overall style or theme of your shoot. Neutral colors, coordinated outfits, and minimal patterns tend to photograph well, but don't be afraid to show off your personality. For branding sessions, I suggest wearing outfits that reflect your business and the image you want to present to your audience. If you're unsure what to wear, I'm happy to help with suggestions during the planning process!

  • Absolutely! You don't need to be a model or have experience in front of a camera to have a great session. I'll provide guidance with posing, positioning, and expressions throughout the shoot to help you feel comfortable and look your best. My goal is to create a relaxed environment where you can be yourself while capturing natural, confident images that you'll love.

  • At this time, hair and makeup services are not included in my photography packages. Clients are welcome to arrange their own hair and makeup appointments before their session. For the best results, I recommend choosing a look that makes you feel confident and complements the style of your shoot.

Photos & Editing

  • The number of photos you'll receive depends on the package you choose! Each package is designed to provide a different level of coverage to fit your needs. All delivered images are professionally edited to ensure the best possible quality.

  • I know you're excited to see your photos! My standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days after your session. During this time, I'll carefully review and edit your images to ensure they meet my quality standards before delivery. Once your gallery is ready, you'll receive a link to view and download your photos. If you need your images sooner, feel free to reach out to discuss the possibility of a rush delivery.

  • DS Media delivers professionally edited images to ensure every photo meets my quality standards and reflects my creative style. RAW files and unedited photos are not included in any package. This allows me to maintain consistency and deliver the best possible final results. My goal is to provide you with polished, high-quality images that are ready to share, publish, and enjoy!

  • All delivered images include professional editing to ensure they look their best. If you'd like additional retouching beyond the standard editing process, such as advanced skin retouching, removing unwanted objects, or making specific adjustments, these requests may be available for an additional fee depending on the complexity of the edits. If you have a particular request in mind, just let me know, and we can discuss the options before your session or during the editing process.

Payments & Changes

  • DS Media offers several convenient payment options to make booking your session as easy as possible. I currently accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. If you have any questions about payment or need help choosing a method, feel free to reach out!

  • I understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible.

    Clients may request one reschedule per booking, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given before the scheduled session. Cancellations, rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. A new 50% deposit will be required to book another session following a no-show.

    If DS Media needs to cancel your session and a suitable reschedule cannot reasonably be arranged, you'll receive a full refund of all amounts paid toward the affected session.
